Art has always been my first love and passion - not only to express myself, but also to seek connection with others and to seek new perspectives. Eastern and Western arts and culture inform and inspire me towards a holistic approach to seeing the world in both professional and personal contexts. Though most of my art practice has been private and personal, this site was a step forward in honoring several of my “firsts” in various art mediums throughout my life.
I am an experiential therapist and I support others in navigating their life journeys through expressive arts, ecotherapy, and somatic practices. Much of my clinical training and practice involves creative practices that not only foster their insight, curiosity, and openness in how they live their lives, but also support the therapeutic alliance with my clients.
In my past professional roles, I held both buy-side and sell-side roles managing end-to-end program and product life cycles for leading global brands. I was also a creative strategist and supported C-suite leaders, cross-functional teams, and entrepreneurs on strategy, branding, and operations across nonprofit, small business, government, and startups focused on social impact.
I am curious about:
- the intersection of human services, "cultural consumption," technology, and social impact
- integrated digital-physical products and experiences that help improve our daily lives, mental health, and well-being
- aligning the mission, values, and actions of internal value chains, networked supply chains, end-customers, and community stakeholders to create triple bottom lines (my definition: people, earth, and sustainable growth).
